- Why is the price so affordable?
- The difference with other on-line or brick-and-mortar stores is that we are wholesalers and sell some exclusive lines of products in the US. That’s why we provide very affordable prices.
- This is very affordable so I guess the quality must not be that good…?
- We have a very high quality standard for our materials. You may sometimes find the same leather sofas or dining tables from 2 to 3 times our price. Our strategy is to sell at or close to wholesale prices to customers and grow our share of the modern furniture market by increasing volume of transactions at the cheapest prices around.
- Where is it manufactured?
- We have selected the best providers for each product. Some come from Europe, Scandinavia, Italy and the US. Modani's expertise in modern furniture allowed us to develop innovative state-of-the-art sourcing solutions involving the latest industrial technologies. This enables us to provide prices 50% - 80% guaranteed under similar style products' market prices.
- When can I get the product?
- If it is in stock: one week to 10 days from placing the order.
If not in stock / special orders: within 10 to 12 weeks
- What are the dimensions of your items?
- If you click on a product and view its on-line profile, you should be able to see the dimensions for most of them.
- What is the return policy?
- We are wholesalers, therefore we don’t do any returns, refunds or exchanges except if the product is broken at the time of delivery or different from order placed and we are properly notified. We may honor some exchanges if items are in stock and depending on orders.
- Do I need to pay Taxes on items?
- We charge no sales tax on any orders shipped outside the state of New York. If Modani is not collecting your respective state's sales tax (if one exists), you are expected to comply with your respective state's laws regarding online purchases.
- Do you deliver nationwide / internationally?
- Yes, we deliver to the US and CANADA without a minimum order amout.
Other international orders are processed with a minimum purchase amout.

- What do you charge for shipping?
- Your shipping costs will vary depending on the value of your order. It will be determined at the time of placing you online order. As you enter your address, shipping charges will be calculated.
If you decide not to go through with your order after viewing the shipping rate, simply do not complete the checkout process.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all majors credit cards : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. The payment is processed through Google Checkout, which guarantees your security and privacy.
